On October 30th, I accepted an invitation from Mayor Daley to participate in Principle for a Day (PFAD) for the Chicago Public Schools.  I spent the day meeting with teachers and engaging with students discussing their goals, needs and challenges.  This was a privilege for me to witness what a truly magnificent job Principle Millicent Robersone was doing with the children at Bright Elementary School.  I will be dedicating my time ongoing with several local school councils and am committed to helping our nation’s youth realize the importance of getting a good education to level the playing field and that recognizing that it is a good equalizer for any race!
